⸻ About Eat Art Love
Local art on the walls. Magic on your plate.
A modern café and gallery in St. Pete’s Warehouse Arts District where Michelin-rated precision meets genuine neighborhood warmth. We serve breakfast and lunch — but we build experiences. Rotating local art exhibitions. Coffee roasted for the discerning. A room that feels like discovery, every visit.
⸻ What We Offer
Three reasons to come back daily.

Breakfast & Brunch
Inventive morning plates with local produce, farm eggs, and the kind of technique you'd expect from a Michelin kitchen — without the formality.

Lunch & Coffee
Seasonal small plates and bowls alongside specialty coffee — sourced, pulled, and served with the same care as everything else here.

Art Exhibitions
Every wall tells a story. We feature rotating exhibitions from St. Pete's most compelling local artists — and yes, the work is for sale.
⸻ Made in St. Pete
The People Behind the Plates
Eat Art Love was born from a simple belief: that great food, local art, and genuine community belong under the same roof. Jose and Natalie Martinez — the founders behind Sartorial Inc., St. Pete’s landmark luxury menswear boutique on Beach Drive — created this space as a love letter to the Warehouse Arts District and the artists who call it home.
In the kitchen, two St. Pete natives bring the kind of pedigree you don’t expect at a neighborhood café. Chef Mario Brugnoli cut his teeth at Locale Market under Chef Michael Mina before helping open Rocca in Tampa, where he found his footing and his voice. Chef Nate Lambert trained at Johnson & Wales, worked under Iron Chef Morimoto in Orlando, and held Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine roles before bringing his craft home to St. Pete.
Four people. One vision. All of it rooted right here.
